    "Firstly, I am so glad you are showing an interest in health and fitness ! I am from Chicago, IL originally, some interests of mine include strength training and healthy eating, competing in sports like volleyball, hiking, starbucks, drawing, and feeding my inner nerd with some good medical journal articles...oh yeah we can't forget playing with my English bulldog Chuck! My background includes many years of working with teen and adult athletes...as a coach, exercise specialist, sport specific trainer, healthy lifestyle management, and diet counselor when needed or requested! I have a background in sports participating in football, wrestling, baseball, basketball, soccer, and track and field, with football being my primary sport.
