At age 22, I tipped the scale at over 333 lbs. I was obese and unhealthy. Since then I’ve made health and fitness a priority in my life. I’m a life-long athlete who still loves to play and compete. I enjoy hunting, hiking, and riding my bike, so being in good health plays a major role in my life.
As a trainer, I love being able to help clients reach their goals and teach them everything I’ve learned in all my experience and time spent in gyms. I enjoy teaching exercise for functional strength, improving mobility, weight loss, and working with athletes to improve performance.
